Why is it that when I use a color toner it seems to make my hair be in better condition and more shiny? I though all color was bad for hair. This is the one I've used which makes my hair nice..

It's the conditioner that comes with it that makes your hair so shiny. It is damaging your hair, but not nearly as much as lightening it would, and the super strength conditioner helps.
Its called a semi-permanent color which has the highest content of moisturizer and rebuilding agents. However it is still a color and should'nt be used to often. I wouldn't do it more than once a month for toners that stays in the hair for 5 mins. If your leaving it in longer then 5 min I would cut in down to once every 6 weeks to maintain hair's natural state.
