my hair is a nice shade of blonde with platinum blonde highlights i just recently did my roots and i feel like it made my hair look darker. can i use a toner to make my whole head look blonder?Hair color and toners?
Yes you cann, but there is a certain point when the toner will stop being effective a blonding.
