Should I use Oops color remover or toner?

I used that ash gray hair dye and it turned just my highlights gray. should i use a toner or maybe the oops color remover adn then dye it? or waht should i do i relly hav eno ideaShould I use Oops color remover or toner?
oops color remover doesn't work at all. your best bet is to go to a salon. it might cost more but it will definatly work.
