I have the toner bottle, 1.42 floz liq. and the 20 volume Creme bottle, 4 floz. how do I need to mix it? 1 oz of each? And how long should I leave it on to tone brassy blonde?Wella Color Charm Toner questions...?
No you need to mix the entire bottle and 3 oz of the cream peroxide. Leave it on 30 minutes and then rinse and shampoo.
