Should i use toner when using a semi-permanent color?

i just bleached my hair, and by the roots it is platinum blonde but as it goes down it is a brassy golden color. i want to fix it but i don't exactly know how. should i use a toner, or bleach the brassy parts again?

Do you mean like printer toner? Because you definitely should. It'll be awesome. Also, mix in some more copper, and a little more zinc, otherwise the bronze will suck. Also, ugly hair only gets in the way of an ugly face, just so you know. Not the opposite.
