Where can I recycle fax toner cartridges (cylindrical cartridges), to be re-filled & reused?

IF you just want to turn in your old ones, most office supply stores will take them.

If you want to reuse them, look in the yellow pages for local companies that refill themWhere can I recycle fax toner cartridges (cylindrical cartridges), to be re-filled %26amp; reused?
Often, the same store you buy your cartridge from will take your old expired cartridge in for recycling.

I have done this at Staples Office Supply.

Office Depot may do the same.Where can I recycle fax toner cartridges (cylindrical cartridges), to be re-filled %26amp; reused?
Dunno where you're located. In the U.S., manufacturers and office supply stores were taking them for recycling. Unfortunately, while it looked good for advertising purposes (for 'green'-conscious consumers) the companies were really just shipping them by the tons to China for landfill.

There are some franchise chains, one of which I'm familiar, called Rapid Refill Ink in various cities. You can donate old ink and toner cartridges which they'll accept. They won't pay you for them, but they actually do clean and refill them, selling them for substantially cheaper than new ones. I've had quite good performance from them.
