I perned 6 wks ago. Y'day I highlighted (thru the cap), afterwards I used a volume 10 %26amp; a toner. It didn't tone down enough of the brassiness. Now Im wondering how long I should wait to use a corrective color / toner with a volume 10 to tone the brassiness I have???? Help! they could be brassy because they didn't lift enough, the toner is only going to deposit the color, it's not going to lift the brassy color out at all, you can tone it a dark color
