changed settings. replaces software toner, followed all the tools. Nothing changes the results. Everything yellow with a perfect faded picture underneath. Its really annoying.Canon IP5000 prints heavy yellow faded pictures. Changed toner, alignment, cleaning, drivers, nothing works?
Usually when something like this occurs in a printer it has to do with how the printer interprets information. Check and make sure there is nothing wrong with the cable. If you are using a USB cable then you shouldn't have any problems. Unplug the USB cable and plug it back in and make sure that it looks like the USB cable is sitting in there properly. If you're using a printer cable, make sure the printer cable contacts look fine.
If neither of those things are the problem, the printer is probably no good. Usually this shows up when they start messing up data on the printer board. Sometimes something shorts out or it just is old. If the printer isn't old, it could be anything. I would put it on the printer being bad though. I've seen it happen a few times and I can honestly say that typically there is no known cause for this other than the printer or a bad cable. Especially if it worked before. Also think if you had any recent updates for your printer or updated your printer drivers.Canon IP5000 prints heavy yellow faded pictures. Changed toner, alignment, cleaning, drivers, nothing works?
I think you should change your catridges or you should re-install your printer's software driver.......... that will work..........
Try deep cleaning, if that doesn't work, try printing something without the yellow cartrige, or maybe the saturation level is set to maximum yellow, or maybye you have the wrong drivers, because some printers use more ink than others.
Hope this helps!
